Every day, thousands of customers use FullStory to improve their web apps for their customers, making the Internet a better, more user-friendly place.
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new opportunities. Using Reveneer’s revolutionary Inside Sales methodology, you’ll learn from the ground up all the skills you need to not only succeed in this job, but also grow your career in sales.
A day in the life:

Research and pre-qualify prospective organizations
Identify decision-makers and key influencers
Call prospects to discover sales opportunities
Gain commitments from prospects to demo FullStory, or another call to action
Collaborate with your team lead to manage the inside sales process
Consistently meet and exceed goals

This job might be for you if:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology – Analytics, Sales, Business, preferred
Recent college grad with 0-2 years’ work experience – ENTRY LEVEL
A strong desire to be in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment
A fun and engaging personality
An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, self-motivated, hands-on, with a strong work ethic
Ability to speak clearly and concisely in person and on the phone
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiating skills
Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success
Excellent listening skills, ability to learn and adapt to new concepts and technologies
Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or another CRM tool is a plus
