We are looking for a customer-oriented sales representative that will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and sell our services virtually. Our ideal candidate will genuinely be excited to help customers. Our goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction as well as close sale opportunities.
Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Ability to work in high call volume arenas
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve sales goal
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them
You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

Requirements

Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with any CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree

Salary:
Base pay plus commission.
