Startup Location: Atlanta, GA

What we're looking for:

The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating content delivery against target deadlines and is accountable for ensuring our partners receive world-class content that aligns with a customer's Documented Content Strategy.

This will involve:

● Serve as main POC with partner for all content-related tasks and questions
● Manage project workflow from topic ideation and approval through to end of distribution
● Be the facilitator for customer communications to and from editors and writers
● Implement editorial calendar and enforce deadline schedule (including assigning writers)
● Participate in feedback, quarterlies and other partner calls as needed to ensure project is on target, figure out what is working, what is not and fill in gaps
● Answer content marketing questions from partners and be their expert go-to for marketing and industry best practices
● Request satisfaction feedback from partners
● Go above and beyond to serve our partners and team

Who we’re looking for:

● Minimum of one year in an project management role (entry level ok, no PMP necessary)
● SaaS and/or marketing experience (strongly preferred)
● Highly organized and advanced communication skills
● Comfortable with CMS software, HTML, & Salesforce
● Strong interpersonal skills and the innate ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
● Agile, creative, deadline-driven, problem-solver
● Passionate about customer experience and creating ‘wow’ moments through content
