What You Will Do

Collaborate with Chief Executive Officer and management to develop and execute digital marketing customer acquisition campaigns, digital channels and branding across all performance marketing channels.
Crush Paid, Owned and Earned Media Results. You are a swiss army knife able to make a big impact in all areas
Work with management to devise and implement marketing strategies, content calendars and branding direction.
Manage, engage and grow our digital KPIs, digital community. Segment and target customer profiles, leverage boosted posts, produce timely and authentic social videos, tie social in with marketing automation.
Automate and manage inbound marketing, generate qualified pre-purchase leads, including core target segmentation, customer journey mapping, landing page A/B testing and more. Salesforce experience is a BIG PLUS!
Retain and engage with existing customer base, re-iterating value proposition and turning delighted customers into brand ambassadors
Lead and coordinate brand messaging and awareness initiatives with external PR and creative agency
Lead and coordinate brand messaging and paid placement initiatives with external paid ad agency
Manage owned media, including website tweaks to content and imagery
Plan, manage and lead trade-show initiatives
Produce and consolidate all analytics and KPI data in structured reporting
Ensure all parts of marketing are responsive and dynamic, on a daily basis

The Skills You’ll Need

Analytical thinker with high emotional intelligence who is also creative in spirit. Ability to analyze all aspects of marketing and differentiate on point from off message content and collateral
Strong competence in translating strategic goals from planning, to execution into business results and exceeding KPI targets
Expert in social media, social advertising, paid search, conversion optimization, email marketing etc.
Capable of providing actionable insights based on analytics and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication required. Attention to detail, committed individual who can multitask, stay focused and knows how to execute efficiently
5 years digital marketing and/or agency experience; must be able to demonstrate digital marketing success
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields; or career experience equivalent
Solid understanding of branding campaigns, guidelines and B2B or consumer product experience a plus
Adept in social, paid and re-marketing campaigns; understanding of the latest concepts in digital marketing, and have your finger on the pulse of what’s working online today
Dynamic presence: great at delivering on-point messaging on social, on-camera, in trade-shows or talking to prospects and partners
