WWCode is looking for a Partnerships Success Manager to join our team! The Partnerships Success Manager will be responsible for developing and supporting partner relationships that promote retention, new business, and loyalty. This position works closely with our partner companies to ensure they are satisfied with their partnership and leveraging all of their benefits. This role supports the sales team in meeting revenue targets and also supports the successful and continued fulfillment of relevant products and packages. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of their contribution to WWCode in a way that they are proud of!
Develop and support authentic relationships with our partner companies and advise on best practices for leveraging partnership benefits.
Strategically engage partners to understand their goals and how we can best support these.
Upsell and identify opportunities for growth with existing partners
Assess partner success through surveys, forms, and overall feedback. Utilize this information to make suggestions that will allow us to effectively serve our partners.
Update CRM and project management tools
Continuously audit partnerships and project future needs
Uphold the mission and vision of WWCode.
Collaborate across teams
Highly effective organizational skills
Ability to communicate how diversity and inclusion strengthens companies
Ability to understand and balance stakeholder needs
Excellent communication skills (w/ team members, leads, and customers)
