A successful real estate brokerage in Atlanta, Georgia seeks an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day flow of the business in a high producing real estate office. We are looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills. Most importantly, the ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, positive and highly enthusiastic. Dedication to producing quality results and understanding the importance of deadlines are essential. You are able to work under limited supervision, taking the initiative when necessary. You will take on your job duties with a sense of ownership, confidentiality, commitment, honesty, loyalty and integrity.

Essential Functions: 

Implement current systems, checklists and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office and oversee all database management
Serve as key contact for internal and external office procedures as specified
Oversee all aspects of the closing process including processing and communicating with all agents and others as appropriate to obtain a smooth and successful closing
Provide an executive level of administrative support including phone, email, and calendar management 
Purchase of office supplies, including lockboxes
Maintain SUPRA reports
Prepare detailed financial reports for properties and trust accounts 
Manage temporary and contract personnel
Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable

HS Diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
Two years work related experience
Ability to work independently
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Must be able to work flexible hours
