What You’ll Do:
At Softgiving, we’re looking for an ambitious Nonprofit Business Development Manager to help us spread change to more donor dependent organizations. This role will report to the VP of Business Development and work alongside our sales team to help grow our business.
Softgiving’s ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume transactional sales environment. This role will require exemplary time management skills to successfully identify, contact, and effectively guide and nurture nonprofits throughout the entire sales cycle. This person must have outstanding communication skills and be eager to own the full sales cycle from initial hunting to closing.
The Nonprofit Business Development Manager will be tenacious at calling prospects, setting up demos, presenting to decision makers, and closing deals.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years sales experience (preferably B2B sales experience).
The best candidate will have a passion for nonprofit organizations and the work they do, as well as, working for a startup, where things move fast and everyone performing at their best is critical.
