Role Description:

We are hiring a Paid Media leader to help connect and engage our users with insightful analysis and meaningful product and marketing experiences. This role will work cross-functionally with marketing teams, PR, and business development to achieve strategic goals through leveraging digital advertising best practices. You’ll own distinct business goals and objectives as well as develop strategies to increase our paid reach through utilizing search, programmatic, paid social, video, and mobile advertising as well as creating content and landing pages.

How You'll Contribute:

* Run all paid media channels for Adwords, Facebook, Taboola, Adroll, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other supply networks

• Develop media plans for campaigns against goals : Awareness, Engagement, Nurturing, and Conversion• Design, test, and maintain landing pages for campaigns in Unbounce, WordPress, and/or Mailchimp

• Lead new customer acquisition and brand engagement through demand generation and remarketing campaigns utilizing search, programmatic, paid social, video, and mobile advertising

• Drive the entire channel strategy including planning, content, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting

• Work with content team to design paid-nurture content campaigns through social and video retargeting• Implement robust retargeting systems• Make suggestions for new tools, networks, or vendors

• Develop reporting framework for all key stakeholders including performance reports and dashboards, and recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies

• Help develop and test personas from the marketing team• Provide analysis of results and optimization ideas to Account teams in order to grow accounts and improve client goals

Our Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in managing large scale paid media campaigns

• Bachelors degree from an accredited University• Expert in optimization of paid media campaigns to hit CPA, ROI and Engagement goals

• Expert knowledge of Google AdWords, Bing Ads, AdWords Editor and Bing Ads Editor• Expert knowledge of Facebook Advertising and Facebook Business Manager

• Experienced knowledge of Google Analytics required, experience with additional analytics/measurement/tag management platforms preferred

• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager a Plus• Knowledge of A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Unbounce or Google Optimize

• Extremely data driven and detail oriented

• Strong ability in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for this role

• Extremely analytical, detail-oriented and organized• Demonstrated mastery of online marketing tactics including the execution of keyword builds, bids and bid optimization strategies, implementation of new tactics, and related activities.
