We are seeking a driven, organized, and professional individual to oversee driver dispatching and customer experience, in addition to assisting as a sous chef/assistant kitchen manager! This unique operational role will span across both the kitchen and delivery aspects of our business and we are looking for the perfect individual for this role!

WHO YOU ARE:
The Logistics Coordinator is ultimately responsible for ensuring that all deliveries are completed in a timely and accurate manner.  You will ensure that the meals get to the proper addresses and in the proper condition.  Your responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling as well as following staffing guidelines to support the business. You will work closely with senior management to develop all transportation/logistical methods and protocols. In addition, you will also act as a Sous Chef. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for working with the Production Chef giving support and assistance as needed.

-End-of-shift reporting
SOUS CHEF
-Manages kitchen shift operations and ensures compliance with all standards and procedures
-Assists Production Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation
-Check freshness and quality of ingredients
-Prepares and cooks foods of all types

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualified individuals should have previous experience working in a delivery position and institutional kitchen
-Previous experience speaking to customers in a customer service role
-Basic computer knowledge is required - Excel, Word experience preferred
-Vehicle must be 1999 or newer
-Criminal Background Checks/Drug Testing Performed
-No DUI's in last 10 years; NO FELONIES
