At Menta AR, we create Augmented Reality content/solutions for clients and businesses. We are based out of the Atlanta Tech Village and have been very successful in helping brands succeed in engaging their customers/users.  For this position, we are looking for a Sales Development Intern to conduct heavy outbound prospecting, produce new leads and generate qualified opportunities for the sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years work experience, preferably in a Business/Sales Development, Lead Generation, and/or Recruiting.

This is not your average Sales Intern position – Menta AR is an extremely innovative product with a simple sales cycle that requires knowledge of the technology/sports/brand space. You will be working directly with the CEO and VP of Partnerships to expand Menta’s footprint.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Conduct a large volume of outbound prospecting activity (Email, LinkedIn, 10+ Calls Daily)
-Initiate first steps in Sales cycle by scheduling and coordinating online and in-person meetings with prospective clients
-Track most activity
REQUIREMENTS:
-1-3 years work experience but not required, preferably in Lead Generation, Business/Sales Development, and/or Recruiting
-Operates with a positive and coachable mindset
-Works with sense of urgency and a commitment to excellence
-Demonstrates organizational skills and a close attention to detail with the ability to handle various ongoing tasks
-Process oriented with ability to focus in a high speed sales environment
HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
-Accomplish and exceed quarterly Sales quotas
-Generate high quality leads that convert into sales opportunities
-Combat objections and identify key decision makers at enterprise organizations
