As Facilities Coordinator, you’re the scrappy technophile who oversees FullStory’s headquarters on Ottley Drive. Without you, we’d be stuck; you keep this place humming.
What you’ll do:

Monitor and spearhead upgrades to the office–stuff like desks, the kitchen, conference room technology, our beloved espresso maker, lighting, shades, and, if you dare, the thermostat.
Coordinate new office build-outs by communicating with external vendors, architects, and contractors.
Manage physical access to the office for employees and events, and track assets such as keys, codes, and badges.
Replenish all the things that can be plenished, such as office supplies, snacks, and coffee.
Help onboard new hires, including procuring computers, desks, and giving them a delightful “Welcome to FullStory” tour on their first day.

What you’ll have:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 2 years of facilities/office manager work experience required, ideally in fast paced startup environment, with increasing responsibilities.
