What’s The Job?
As the Executive Assistant you will play a crucial part in advancing Calendly’s mission by ensuring the strategic use of the CEO’s time. The Executive Assistant is expected to have a deep and complete understanding of the organization’s strategy, opportunities and challenges, as well as the CEO’s current focus and priorities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to learn more about business in an exciting and fast-paced startup environment.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Prioritize and manage incoming and outgoing communication, including those confidential in nature
Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and presentations; gather and prepare necessary materials and/or equipment
Record and distribute meeting notes and ensure completion of follow up items
Plan and carry out research and/or analysis needed for various projects
Previous experience supporting C-level executives
Impeccable organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and self-direct
Ability to pick up on tastes and anticipate needs of the Chief Executive Officer
Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask with ease
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to take on additional tasks as needed
Four year university/college degree required
