Position Description
We are seeking a dynamic marketing specialist, who has enthusiasm and love for creating content, to develop and lead our marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a strategic, results-oriented, assertive, self-starting, creative, story-telling marketing professional ready to assist our sales team in reaching their goals. You will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic, omni-channel marketing campaigns to help generate leads and grow our company.   You will have the ability to leave your mark on our company by having your ideas heard and executed as you grow individually alongside the company.
Duties and Responsibilities

Drive sales and marketing alignment by developing, executing, and optimizing programs that support strong lead generation and improve lead quality
Manage marketing automation campaigns, marketing technology stack, database health, list segmentation, and SEO and SEM efforts
Lead sales enablement by developing compelling content such as blog posts, white papers, monthly newsletters, social media content, press releases, email campaigns and more
Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving objectives, including impact on volume of demo requests and sales bookings
Manage and develop websites and lead content creation for marketing collateral
Represent the company at industry-specific conferences and events


BA, BS or MS in marketing, communications, or related field
5-7 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience
Strong knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and other sales and marketing software programs
Demonstrated ability to execute omni-channel marketing programs; email, direct mail, and social media
Aptitude and passion for technology, software products, nonprofits, and web trends
Superior verbal and written communication skills – Copywriting experience preferred
Working knowledge of Pardot, Salesforce and Adobe Creative Suite software is a plus
