We are looking for a high-performing Director of Enterprise Sales to help us exceed our revenue growth targets by leading our dynamic sales team. The Director of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for leading an assigned sales team to achieve specified goals, with responsibilities including hiring and coaching a world-class sales team, pipeline development and management, accurate forecasting, and consistent achievement of defined sales quota. You will be responsible for maximizing your sales teams’ potential and productivity, as well as taking part in shaping the overall sales culture and growing sales team.

The number 1 goal of the Terminus Director of Enterprise Sales is to develop a team of 6 independent, high-performing sales reps
Manage a team of Enterprise Account Executives in achieving individual and team quota
Conduct focused coaching sessions with each Enterprise Account Executive bi-weekly
Assist sales reps in closing complex deals through the development of management-level relationships with key prospects
Manage team pipeline and forecast to ensure quota crushing results and accurate forecasting for the business
Coordinate and manage team-wide meetings, and training sessions to ensure ongoing improvement and best practice sharing
Attract, hire, coach, on-board and retain top sales talent
Work with the entire sales leadership team to enable the sales team to be successful by creating structure and process where needed, as well as facilitating access to critical resources and content
Ongoing collaboration with Sales Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Channel and Product teams

Bachelor’s degree required in Business or other relevant field
5+ years of previous on-quota, B2B sales leadership experience in a highly competitive market with strong preference for SaaS sales experience (MarTech/AdTech team preferred)
Previous experience managing full cycle Enterprise Account Executives
Demonstrates ability to accurately forecast sales revenue
