This position will work closely with the engineering team to develop and maintain solutions that enable Airbus Aerial to deliver highly available and scalable software products.
-Automate processes and tasks to enable the continuous deployment of software.
-Ensure application stability with the design, development, and implementation of application monitoring and alerts.
-Design and develop scalable, fault tolerant deployments using a Kubernetes-based architecture.
-Work closely with the engineering team to create cloud-agnostic solutions that enable our software infrastructure to be deployed worldwide.
-Troubleshoot issues and assist in ensuring the stability of the production environment.

-Actively participate in requirements gathering, planning, and daily stand-up meetings.
-Engage with the engineering team to define and develop best practices for release engineering.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field; or combination of education and experience.
3 years of experience with the following:
-cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
-Experience working in Agile software development
-Experience with continuous software deployment in a production environment
-Experience with containerized applications
-Experience in software instrumentation and monitoring
-Experience in log aggregation and parsing
-Source Code Management (Github or other)
-CD/CI: Jenkins, Circle CI, etc.
-Scripting languages (Bash, Python)
-Container Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes
-Deployment Artifact Management: Artifactory
-Operating Systems: Linux variants
-Networking Knowledge (VPC)
Strong command of English, written and verbal.
