The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving qualified leads that ultimately become customers. You will manage the development and execution of marketing plans, work closely with sales, and collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to drive growth and retention of our customer base.

What you'll be doing:

● Help define our demand generation strategy and identify creative opportunities to grow efficiently
● Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns from start to finish to effectively and efficiently generate leads and develop a qualified sales pipeline
● Own our paid media and email marketing efforts across the funnel including
developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns
● Monitor, test, analyze, and provide weekly campaign results highlighting successes, trends, and opportunities to enhance and improve effectiveness
● Create and test copy for landing pages, email, and paid media using a clear hypothesis driven framework and communicate learnings across the company
● Collaborate with sales and customer success to understand the activities that are working/not working to generate high-quality leads and customers
● Monitor and report on marketing performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation, CRM, and other data sources
● Manage basic marketing operations duties to increase efficiency and automation
● Help inform content strategy and calendar, organic social, and sales process with data

What you should bring:

● 2+ years in demand generation or marketing program management in a SaaS environment
● Experience with email / marketing automation (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) and CRM (ideally Salesforce)
● Experience running paid media including paid social, SEM, and retargeting programs
● Experience using Google Analytics and strong Excel skills
● Experience with B2B marketing, ideally focused on the SMB segment
● Understanding of CRO, copywriting, and website best-practices
● Ability to manage and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with A/B testing and data analytics with an orientation to performance and results
● Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive results
