We’re currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to be the first line of support, build relationships, and create content for our awesome customers. Candidates should be self-motivated, creative, execution focused, results driven, and team-oriented.

Primary Responsibilities
• Being the first friendly line of chat response for our customers.
• Curating replies and responses to common questions.
• Building customer relationships through live demos and training sessions.
• Identifying pain points and automating messages through FullStory & Intercom.
• Creating a foundation for training new customer success hires.
Secondary Responsibilities
• Writing help articles and documentation.
• Recording and editing video tutorials.
• Coordinating customer success interviews.
• Hosting live webinars.
• Embody empathy, resourcefulness, proactivity, friendliness, and drive.
• Have stellar interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong, lasting relationships.
• Have the ability to work independently and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
• Clear, concise writing skills. Solid understanding of voice and tone.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• 2-3 years experience in client services.
• Video editing and design experience is a plus.
