WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business insight and natural sales instincts to join, and help build our business development organization. As a Business Development Representative you’ll be focused on generating qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, and networking. As the first line of outbound contact, you’ll need to become an expert in our products and services, understand the needs of large medical groups, and determine whether they may benefit from our services. You’ll need to be quick on your feet, tenacious, and possess grit to overcome objections. You’ll use your convincing personality and passion for our work to help show the world how Radix can transform patient access.
As a small team, you’ll report directly to our Chief Growth Officer, but will work closely with all members of our team. As a data-driven, result-oriented company, you should be comfortable holding yourself accountable to targets for the volumes of outbound activity, the number of appointments secured and the subsequent revenues generated from the activities.
Identifying new business opportunities by utilizing phone, email, Radix marketing initiatives, and networking events to qualify prospective clients
Creating sales opportunities where they do not currently exist
Communicating our value proposition to prospects
Facilitating product demonstrations with prospective clients
Enhancing Radix sales and marketing database by adding and updating account and contact information
Providing feedback on market trends and competitive activities
Skills and Personal Attributes:
Excellent listening and communication skills both oral and written
Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
Highly proactive and disciplined to manage time effectively
Comfortable/effective making sales cold calls
Honest and transparent
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
1-2 years of work experience after college graduation
Demonstrated ability to work through and around obstacles and challenges
Interest in healthcare or health technology
Aspiration to grow with an organization
