Gympass is a disruptive health and wellness platform that connects gyms, studios and health clubs to companies and their employees. We are currently in 4,000 cities and 13 countries and quickly scaling up in the United States.
The Business Development Analyst role will play a pivotal role on the business development and sales team, which will be focused on the East Coast market. This role will work closely with senior management along with the Regional Head of Corporate to build sales strategies, source new business, develop partnerships and ultimately close deals with Fortune 500-1000 companies and SMEs.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Own, manage and develop Gympass’ portfolio of corporate clients
Generate new business and assist in developing custom strategies to address the needs of each new client
Become an SME regarding new and existing target industries across multiple sectors and geographies
Qualify and prioritize leads while building relationships with key stakeholders within your book of business
Assist with inbound and outbound marketing initiatives in coordination with Gympass headquarters. Opportunity to own and build this area in the future
Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at industry events
Roll-up your sleeves and help where needed
A strong track record (2+ years) in business development, sales, corporate relationship management or account management
Bachelor ́s degree
Proactive approach and ability to work on multiple competing priorities and projects
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Positive attitude and great team spirit
Experience working for a start-up a plus
Proficient in sales marketing and familiar with industry technology
Strategic minded yet able to execute
Tenacious and goal oriented
