- Spearhead outbound sales process and build from the ground up as a founding member of our Sales Development team
- Generate qualified, outbound opportunities by phone and email
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas
- Become a Shortlist expert and articulate our value proposition clearly
- A desire and capacity to build/maintain a pipeline through cold outreach
- Develop strong relationships with key accounts
- Help the marketing team determine the criteria for targeting ideal customer profile
- Share actionable prospect feedback to shape ABM-focused go-to-market strategy
- Eager to be an impactful member of a fast growing team and company

- 1+ years of experience in Sales (B2B SaaS a plus)
- Entrepreneurial or startup experience is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding your sales quota
- Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve sales goals
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
- Native English speaker
- BA/BS required
