Who You Are:

You will work closely with the product team to match homeowners as a home concierge with qualified contractors! You will use your ability to provide excellent customer service and selling to ensure home improvement projects requested on our platform are successful.

Act as an Account Manager providing the home concierge service for our customers and clients by helping them find success on our platform
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the product team
Ability to sell the home concierge service our clients (contractors) as well as to new clients.
Assist our customer base (homeowners) by reviewing and managing their project request(s)
Identify new clients in the industry that will be qualified to fulfill customer requests.
Upsell new clients to purchase additional leads on our platform
View trends and identify key areas for growth and make recommendations for improvement
Responsible for maintaining a high-performance rating from customer surveys and/or feedback
Work with the Product team and other managers to develop a process for the home concierge service
Assist the department with creating communications used to engage with our customers and clients as well as marketing content to ensure our brand remains top of mind
What Makes You Innovative:

2+ years of relative experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Prior experience in sales, account management and or customer service
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative problem solving
A positive self-starter, ability to work independently and as a team player
Desire to continue to learn and grow your career
